You need to:

A. Create an instance
B. Restore the controlfile
C. Restore the database
D. Recover the database
E. Open with resetlogs.

Alternatively, hire a consultant.

In that case, say "Goodbye" to your database. You may be able to restore it, but you will never be able to recover and open it.
