In oracle appiclation, when I click on a text item with some text in it. All the text will be automatically highlighted...is there a way to change this...?

Hi

Set the value of property keep cursor postion to 'NO' in the property sheet of text item.

An alternative is to do a 'next item' to step out of the field and a 'previous item' to go back to it.
