Hey guys, I am new to pl/sql and oracle forms. I have just created a few forms to get used to it and I was just wondering is there any way that I can restrict my forms so that some users can only do querys, while the main user can insert information etc?

Thanks.

I suggest that you use database roles to define which operations each user may use on each database object.

Download the 'Guidelines for Building Applications' to a short description on menus. Then in the Form Builder open one ofthe supplied menus, and use the F1 help key to show the in application documentation. It is all there.
