Which Oracle internal SYSTEM or SYS owned table contains the text displayed by MENU EDITOR?
I see that ALL_SOURCE contains the PL/SQL ...

Menus are stored in 'mmb' files.

Yes.
I would like to know if there are Oracle internal tables -- such as ALL_SOURCE, TOOL_LTEXT, SRW2_MODULE, etc which contain menu related information.
Finding these table will allow mass change to entire menu system without editing each MMB file individually...

No.

How many menus do you have? Normally the forms use the same menu.

Oracle Reports boilerplate, layout fields, etc are stored
in SRW2_MODULE and related tables.
Do you know which internal tables contain Forms/Menu items?

Google 'SRW2_MODULE' and you will find http://www.fors.com/orasupp/d2k/common/28449_1.HTM this refers to the tables used by Forms 4.5, Reports 2.5, and Graphics 2.5 for saving modules to the database.
