After I had done a form, then I have tried to RUN. There was an pop up windows as below picture. How can I fix it?

Have you fixed your problem?

Try doing a Ctrl-Shft-K (Compile All) instead of just the Ctrl-K (Incemental Compile) and then Ctrl-T (Generate).
