how I can read date and hour of creation of file?

I use Forms 10G

Have you solved your problem?

Is the file on the Application Server or on the host PC? Is the first, then use the 'host' command to direct a 'dir' or 'ls' statement to a file and then use 'text_io' to read it. If it is on the client, then get 'webutil' and use 'client_host' and 'client_text_io' to do the processing. There is also the 'directory_list' feature which MAY give you the information that you need.
