hi, while installing oracle9i the following error occurs. the error message is displayed as

Error in managing file

F:/oracle/ora90/orancrypt9.dll to F:/local/ora90/bin/orancrglq.dll.bak

pls help me to solve this..

All Oracle services must stopped before install/upgrade.
Better restart the server after shutting down them sometimes Windows keep them loaded.
Take care the services do not automatically start with Windows.
